This article proposes to restore the understanding of Genesis 1-2 not as an innocent prelude for Fall, but blueprint unfolding God’s plan created world. In this context, idea that humankind was given image God is articulated with instructions by in paradise: naming animals (Gn 2:19), tilling and keeping soil 2:15), multiplying, filling mastering Earth 1:28). Such tasks would have function guiding human development towards likeness God, while contributing at same time Earth’s development, according model furnished garden Eden, arguably meant be extended multiplied. The final objective such efforts prepare indwelling. Parable Ten Virgins (Matthew 25:1–13), along Faithful Servant 24:42–51; Mark 13:34–37; Luke 12:35–48) could said warrant interpretation.
